St. Mary's Hospital Foundation
The long-standing tradition of excellence at Mercy reflects the generous
support of the community through St. Mary's Hospital Foundation, the leadership
of the local Governing Board, and the thousands of hours donated each year by volunteers.
Founded in 1984, the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation is the fundraising arm of the
hospital that gives people the opportunity to support the hospital and health
system through philanthropic support that makes many programs, services and
continued outreach and education possible for the community.
Gifts to the Foundation have played a vital part in many hospital programs and services,
including the Hospice program, Tree of Life, new physical therapy equipment,
the ABBI machine for breast biopsies, fetal monitoring equipment, and Friends House.
